Pneumatic multi spring actuators of the 812 series have high strength and built-in explosion protection. Sealing reliability is ensured by a short valve full stroke time and optimum force. The ARCAPRO positioner provides a multifunctional bus interface for a controller or process control system. The mounting connection of the positioner to the drive complies with VDI / VDE 384. Two-way communication using HART, Profibus (PA) and Foundation Fieldbus protocols. - Stem seal
The type of stem seal is selected (from the packing design to the hermetic bellows seal) depending on the working medium, pressure, temperature. The reliability of the gland sealing of ECOTROL control valves ensures perfect protection against leakage. Structurally, the stem surface and stuffing material of the gland, successfully complementing each other, protect against problems associated with friction, corrosion and the occurrence of leaks. - Fixed seal cover
The valve body at the junction with its cap has a slot of a special shape, preventing its possible displacement. This design also ensures that the valve seat and valve plug are not exposed to lateral forces during operation. - Strength and accuracy of internal parts
The shape and material of the plunger assembly units are made in accordance with the requirements of the customer. If necessary, the elements of the plunger pair can be quickly and easily replaced in field conditions.
